I don't recall this bill now it's on my credit an I want it removed

Three possibilities..
1) It's your account with Verizon and you owe it. 2) It's your account with Verizon, but it's a billing mistake. 3) It's someone else's bill, not yours.

First..
Contact Verizon to see if it's your bill, or whether it's in error. If it's not, or it's a fraudulent account, you can notify Verizon of that through their fraud department. If they don't show anything connected to you, it may be some collection agency who posted it against you. If so, dispute it through the credit reporting agency.

Then..
If they verify it, and it's not yours, get an attorney and sue them. You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
