It's been a year, still no product or refund!

Well, I ordered this product last year on the 17th of January, 2012 and I never received the 3 (+ 1 extra bottle for free!). I've emailed them and I've called them. No response via email (big surprise there) but my credit card company was able to get someone named Anne on the phone. I spoke with Anne and she apologized for not having the product to me and there were two options: 1. I could have the 3 bottles (+1 free!) shipped out immediately or 2. get a refund. I opted for the refund. I was told to expect to see it on refunded to my card within 48 hours. And guess what! Yeah, nothing has been returned back to my card.

Definitely take this as a buyer beware situation and avoid dealing with this company.

    Such "health products" are sold by an "industry" rife with frauds and scams.

    After a year (or is it 2?) your money is gone, since about the only way to get your money back from a scam is through a bank dispute, and you have to file those within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the charge to fit within the FRB. Reg. E or FCBA dispute regulations.  Scams typically string their victims along with promises beyond the dispute period, where although you might still sue within the 1 year SOL, they know you won't because the charges are so small.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.
