Stopped working period

First it started off by making the most god awful sounds,like screws washing ,then it didn't sense right,then it worked for a week and now nothing,this is the absolute worst machine I hav3 ever owned,purchased it from home depot and have only owned it for 3 years,and when I called sevice repair man ,,he said just buy a new one they are junk
