Robert Hartman Fraud- Complete Idiot

I received a call from this company and was transferred to Robert Hartman, he was a complete moron. He had no knowledge of how real attorneys and the judicial system work in regards to collection practices. He is very sarcastic,has a very short temper and has poor vocabulary. It's a good thing he is in this line of business because there is no way he has the intellect to do anything other than steal and commit fraud. You can definitely tell he is not an educated person. If you are going to impersonate an attorney you should try to talk and act like one. This is one horrible scam done very poorly. I took a little bit of time to do some  due diligence on this group and they are the prototypical collection scam. If you receive a call from them do not be alarmed, follow the FDCPA  guidelines and I would highly recommend obtaining an attorney and suing them. This group does not file suit against the debtors, they are all bark and no bite. More than likely they will settle out of court with you if you have a legit claim. This company will probably be operating under a different name next month. Unfortunately this Industry is not as regulated as one would think, but the feds are shutting down some of these companies. Make sure you file complaints with you local, state and federal authorities that's the only way to shut them down.
