There is something fishy about Sunrise.

    Numerous similar complaints.
    https://complaintwire.org/complaint/i5kBAAAAAAA/sunrise-credit-services-inc

Sunrise attempts to straddle the fence between acting as a sales and "customer retention marketer" for the Hearst publications, but often wording their letters in collection agency terms, implying possible credit damage if the account is not paid and renewed.  Consumer complaints report receiving these letters following entering information in deceptive "sweepstakes" pop-up ads, following cancelling or not renewing, even a year later, and even with no prior contact with a particular magazine.

Since they are demanding payment for what they claim is an owed and delinquent bill, they are by definition a "debt collector" subject to FDCPA and state laws.

Send them a letter notifying them that you did not subscribe to any magazine, and demanding proof you owe this alleged debt.

Send a similar letter to the publisher, notifying them that you did NOT subscribe to their magazine, that you do not appreciate receiving fraudulent bills from their agent, Sunrise, and that you have filed a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.

They will likely back off, as you aren't receiving magazines, and they seldom send magazines on unpaid subscriptions anyway.

Send complaints for fraudulent billing of unordered merchandise against Sunrise and O Magazine to the U.S. Postal Inspector, as this is a violation of postal service regulations.

In addition, file complaints against both with FTC, your state Attorney General, and BBB.
