Horrendous service! A lack of business strategy. One hand does not know what the other is doing.

Had the worse experience with Whirlpool.Washing machine wasn't working properly..tech comes and spends total 5 min. here and says nothing he can do they didn't send the parts..Well we didn't know there were parts needed and this tech says it was the water pump and never even turned it on..Then we spent time on the phone again with these people, and they are saying we need bearings..Now this place is in Tennesse and we are in Toronto and says it will be another three weeks to get these parts..ridiculous..So being as kind as they were they sent parts in .. a week and when the tech comes again ..he says they are missing another part...now this is two times for the tech...How ridiculous.! Now I AM BACK ON THE phone asking for the second of the customer experience reps they have. He is busy and they assign me the third rep to communicate with me. The reps are courteous and try to be helpful,even going so far as offering me the parts and labour for free. This offer for me requires waiting an additional three working days and waiting again for a technician to come around. After having waited for nearly three weeks with a non-operable machine I suggest a replacement machine. The counter offer they make is to offer me 20% off on any of their washing machine brands with the exception of one.. I accept this offer because I'm thoroughly peeved off at this point. It will take me two months to send me the check,but my complaint is about their lack of business sense. Whirlpool saved money on their 20% off instead of fixing their problem to my satisfaction,but they have lost a customer going forward,
