I had a 49.95 charge come through my account and have nevr delt with them.

    Your next step is to both call your bank immediately, and immediately send a written dispute to your bank.  Indicate that the charge is fraudulent, that you never ordered anything from them.

    To preserve your dispute rights, you must send this written dispute within 60 days of the date on the statement showing the unauthorized charge.  Send it certified return receipt requested, so you have proof of when your bank received it.
     
    Did you never order anything, even a "trial" offer, from them?
    Is this an unauthorized, fraudulent charge to your bank account?
    Did they send you unordered merchandise, or send you a "bill" for unordered merchandise?

    Was this charge made thru your checking account number, your debit card, your ATM card, or your credit card?

    Block and close the account, due to fraud, and reopen under a replacement account number.  Otherwise, they may try to pull additional charges at a later time, whether next week, next month, or next year.
