As per the advertisement (link below) the bank or the affiliate should send the 100 minutes call card. After 2 months, sending 15 Emails and calling customer service 5 times nothing but harassment.

Dear Sir,
My ICICI Credit Card No. 4023682000124024 there is some discrepency in the statement. As I have purchased ticket from Make My trip in the month of April and the sector is DELHI to PUNE date of departure is 1/5/08 but the ticket was cancelled and the price of the ticket was Rs.28,652/-. The amount has been posted to my credit card on 25/7/08 after diduction it was 27,679/-.
I would like to request you that as per my statement you have deducted Rs 642.32, and Rs.9550.67 as first instalment of the ticket amount and charges some late fee of Rs.600/- where as I received my statement late. Therefore, you are requested to adjust the above amount and settle the case and send me immediately the statement by which I can make the payment.
You are once again requested to do the needful at the earliest.
