Absolute breakdown of service

After calling in an order, I went to my local KFC, on entering i was hit by this wall of cold air ( bare in mind it is winter here ) after queuing, i eventually reach the cashier who ever so enthusiastically pack my order, all this time i have my bank card in my hand in plain view, she rings up the purchase, as i hand my card over, she gets this surprised look on her face, sorry no card machine available....um....what? so i leave my purchase to go and find an ATM, on returning i get my now cold order without as much as an apology .... Now really how does one manage to keep a franchise like this...??? the service is abysmal.
