these people accessed my account without my permission and i want my money back! i dont know what or whom this company is. but i do know one thing, if they dont eturn my money back onto my card, all hell is going to break loose okay thank you very much

    these [***] are going around charging crap to peoples cards and i didnt even request any info from them....return my money or there will be hell 2 pay

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute all fraudulent or unauthorized charges, and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, making sure your bank receives it in less than 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to presever you federal FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

    File complaints with FTC, your state AG, Nevada AG, and Utah AG (reply on ripoffreport.com indicates a Utah connection, possibly a "fulfillment" house or call center).

    They have many BBB complaints similar to yours.  

    They appear to respond to some BBB complaints, possibly to to limit complaint levels to law enforcement such as state AGs.  BBB rating of F appears to be due to not responding to a substantial number of complaints, combined with the repeated nature of the complaints, such as unauthorized charges.

    Your best path to getting your money back is first through your bank, particularly if it is still within 60 days of the statement showing unauthorized charges, and if that doesn't work, file the FTC and state AG complaints, along with a BBB complaint.
