Took an unauthorized amount using our debit card after we used ProFlowers.  Never again will I use ProFlowers because of this.  The company would not refund this amount and was very rude.  Be careful of Easy Saver. Com...they are  a total rip off.

    If they are taking your money without permission (fraud, stealing), they are probably taking a lot of people's money.  If that is their game, they are not going to just give it back.

    When you are dealing with a company making unauthorized charges, file a dispute with your bank immediately, and close the account to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up IN WRITING with a dispute sent to your bank's dispute address, and make sure your bank receives it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
