I recently ordered a 3 piece set. I ordered it about a week ago. I was getting emails saying I didn't order and wondered if I was going to. I checked the site and saw they processed the order a week later and it will arrive in a month.I also was told I would only pay $19.95 but when I looked at my account it said $59.95 I've seen more products move faster then this. Plus I saw a commercial about a Free facial brush. I went on the site and didn't see any ad for a facial brush. Didn't see any facial brush. So I tried to go to the customer service section and I got a 404 Page Not Found
The page '/app/answers/list' was not found.
But if you go down the page for an email it doesn't exist. But I was able to call. But I was put on hold forever.
I then tried to check the status of my account it said "Error
We're sorry,
Currently our systems are down for routine maintenance.
Maintenance is scheduled from between midnight to 6:00 AM central time.
If you are trying to access your online account or placing an order outside this time schedule, please try again in a few minutes.
Thank you for your patience.

There is no reliable way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.
File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
FTC recently shut down a similar group of scams run by Jesse Willms.
