mobile no disconnected..

I have used the same SIM of Idea with mobile no...9848308696 for almost 10 yrs..I'm a NRI..now in Kuwait..during last visit to India in the month of May 2012..my mobile no is disconnected..and was allotted to some body else,,,
Really it's very bad..and moreover they never bothered to inform me before disconnecting...around Rs 300..SIM...
