Bait and Switch

We wish we had read these complaints before we contacted Quicken Loans. We're in the middle of one of their bait-and-switch techniques which others on this site have complained about. Every time we spoke to our rep, we got yet another story. Promises made upfront were blithely broken. Every single time we questioned the changes in numbers (which were always changing to our detriment), we were told we had "misunderstood" the terms of the deal.

These misrepresentations are illegal, so we're initiating a lawsuit to get our $500 back.
