Dishwasher Repair

I called A & E for repair of my dishwasher, the water would not drain out.  They told me they could come out in 2 weeks. When they came - I was told they needed to order a part.  They also sold me a warranty. The part took 2 weeks to come in.  They called and couldn't come out to put in the part for another 2 weeks. Now we are up to thanksgiving. They came put in the part, left, I did a load and it did not drain!  I immediately called and was told they could come out in 2 weeks. Now, I'm stuck since I bought the warranty.  They came out said it was another part needed.  They would order and when it came they would come right away.  The part came in the mail and of course when I called they said they didn't have any appts available for 2 WEEKS!
They came today, now after Christmas - put the part it said they tested it, left.  I loaded the dishwasher and started it - IT DOESN'T WORK!! Now, I don't even get water or cycles.  I called right away and she told me they had an appt available in 2 weeks!  I would never buy another SEARS or MAYTAG and if I buy an appliance , I will ask who does their service.  Over 2 months now and it still doesn't work.  Why would I ever call them again.
