They have the WORST billing and customer service. They sent me the wrong reciever which COST me after they sent me the right one. Upgraded me to a spanish package WITHOUT my consent, btw, I don't speak spanish. Took 3 months to correct my bill and countless phone calls!!
Half my bills in the 2 years I had them were wrong, Final straw, when they sent me the CORRECT receiver they ADDED two years to my contract because of equipment upgrade!! After complaining they offered me to cancel my contract for $75, best deal I made, even though I didn't feel I owed it. Just glad to get of them!! Worst cust service I have EVER gotten by far.
