Almost impossible to cancel membership

Officially you can only cancel via registered letter to corporate in California. HOWEVER any attempt to download the required form only returns an error from their website which is the only way to obtain a copy of the form. I see nothing but a catch 22 here. Time to contact my credit card company to block further attempts of collecting a payment.
