wrong commitments and delayed service

Airtel and its customer service Bommanahalll circle Bangalore and Gangadhar had sold Internet dongle 8971591100 on 15.11.14 along with another request for conversion of post paid to Pre paid of 9880568399. During visit due was paid towards 9880568399 and 7760984979.
Gangadhar who made exaggerated promise while selling dongle against fees of Rs.1500 without receipt with a reason of system was not working.
Since 15.11.14 Gangadhar has been promising activation of Internet service. Even after 9 days connection is not done.
Complaints were made. Reference number is 1616606670 and 1616593750. Still AIRTEL has not closed above referred complaints. No cal back from AIRTEL or Gangadhar whose contact numbers are 9686441144 and 9972993983.
AIRTEL is also so clever that as no option are available to make complaint. 121 and 198 does not give options to talk to executive or phone banking agents.
I have called several times to 18001030405 who claim that they are only for tele verification and has been suggesting to visit airtel office where dongle was purchased.
I don't have options to submit my griviences either at office or over phone.
I lost valuable time and suffering great got cheated feeling.
Frustrated. I am claiming 1 lac of compensation from AIRTEL and apologies.
