Unable to cancel monthly debits from my credit card

Applied for a free 14 day trial now this company debits my credit card monthly and I am unable to cancel. I did not create an account and that’s the only way you can cancel.  It appears there are many people having the same problem. Please help us to stop this.   Thankyou
