This company has called my business over and over trying to bill me for $789.99, I have never heard of them and searched my records and have no file of ever doing business with them, do not pay them a penny, it is a scam

    They are a fraudulent telemarketer running a "business directory" shakedown racket targeted at small businesses.  These scams typically frauduelntly misrepresent some call "to verify your information" as some "agreement" to pay them.  They also doctor and fabricate phone recordings.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
    If you receive a fraudulent invoice, file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
