ConMan (Jackhole) preying on Elderly thru Fake Sweepstakes

I work at a rural telephone company and an elderly couple came into our lobby today to change their phone #. They had to because they were conned, over the phone, to give $1,700 to a "publisher clearing house" dude (Name was a "JM KINGSTON". He called from the # 876-845-4766) that said they won and before he could send them $, they needed to give him $ first.
Even while they were here changing their home #, his cell phone was ringing - NON STOP - and every call was from this jackhole.
This irks me beyond measure. I know it sounds crazy that people still fall for these cons - but they do. Please make sure you tell your parents/g-parents/elderly neighbors/church members to NEVER give $, CC #s, or SSN to ANYONE that calls askin for it.
