will not complete cycle.

Less than 3 years old, second time for the repair man, Will not buy Maytag again.  This washer randomly unlocks the lid after rinsing and will not spin.  I have tried to rinse a and spin and just plain spin, Senses then unlocks lid, my last straw was a load of soaking wet towels, would like to load the washer and drop it off at Maytag's door.
