On the 28th of august I started a new service with direct tv , had a previous service had it cut off because my service was bundle and I did not want it bundle because I use the internet for school online and didn't want it to be part of the bundle, but like I said thy did it anyway without permission so I had the service terminated  paying the remaining balance at the time was 235.00 I believe \. I started new service and at the time I asked if I owe anything because e never sent back the recievers, and I was told repeatedly that there was no outstanding balance and would not be charge for any prior service. I had service started and did not pay a dime when started my service. now I'm looking at my bank statement and see a charge for $479.63 which I did not authorize or had any knowledge of you just caint
t take money from my account with out my knowledge. and to top it all off they wrote a report stating that I authorized a payment of $479.63 to reinstate services which is a straight lie that person need to be fired for falsify records!!! as you can see that the charges came after services was started!!!! I'm hoping this matter is taking care of immediately without persuing addional help!!!
