regarding porting of number

I have ported my number 8872970076 from vodafone to airtel. Before porting my number I was told that no issue would be faced due to porting of number. My number was activated on 13 feb 2018 but internet services have not been activated till now, even after 8 days. Since then I am making calls continuously to airtel customer care and every time I am provided with the same solution i.e. to wait for next 48-72 hours. As my internet is not working since 13 feb 2018, I can only make calls now. This is sheer harassment on part of airtel. Kindly provide an early solution to my issue.
