I am trying to cancel this loan with Zip19.com that now I'm finding out is a rip off. I will now have to close my account. These things should be checked out by someone.

    Payday loans are a ripoff under the best of circumstances.


    They appear to have a bunch of complaints of screw-ups.

    I too was scammed by profit studio. Paid $1.97 for shiping but didn't get anything in the mail. Ten days after, my account was debitted for $79.90. I called them three times, but they kept saying the same thing (terms and conditions). When I called the next day, I made them understand that paying $1.97 is not an authority in anyway for them to make withdrawals from my account. Their statement at the bottom of the page remains entirely theirs unless I confirmed my acceptance. A customer should be given the opportunity to decline or accept terms of sales. I agree if only I check in the "agree box" during payment and it's fair for such terms to appear before one finally click submit. Many people would have read the terms and decide whether to aceept or not. But this wasn't the case in my transaction with profit studio. I don't know if others have a different experience. They try to hide info from people, so that they can achieve their fraudulent and deceitful acts. I demand a full refund of the amount debitted.
    She immediately cancelled my account and promised that I'll get a refund in full within three days. True to her words, $79.90 was credited into my account.
    If you have been scammed in this way, keep calling them until they refund your money. Be bold and don't beg, it's your money!

    I've used Zip19.com 3 times and they've been brilliant.  They have a 24 hour live chat on their website ... last time I spoke to a girl called Jenn and she was awesome!

    Cancelling is easy.  After you submit your loan request, it gave me a summary page with an email address "in case" I decide to cancel within 48 hours.  They also sent me an email with the same information.

    So, my wife was able to get money from her mother, so we didn't need the loan anymore.  I dug up the email and sent it to zip19.com and the loan was cancelled ... plus they didn't charge me anything to do so!

    I've used Zip 19 10X and everytime I was given option to cancel. They also don't charge you a lot of interest either. Believe 19.95 om every $100. Who wants to pay down a loan and it usually takes 4X until the money goes towards your loan. So let me borrow X amount of $$$ and then pay it back and full. That's great and no interest no stress. Zip 19 is the best I've ever used so far.

    I've used Zip19 4X and they are great and they have good customer service to.I love them and they are cheap.

    Please write coherently if you want people to understand you. From what I gather from your rambling, you misinterpreted the contract. I've read Zip19's contract. It is very easy to understand, and specifically states that your full payment would be due on your next payday.

    Very correct! Zip 19 does not charge interest. The fee that you are referring to is the origination fee, very common with any payday or title loan. You are charged a set fee for every $100.00 borrowed. Some debtors just need to read the contract!

    Unfortunately some people just truly don't care about the loan because they have no intention to payback. The confirmation email, website and contract clearly state ALL terms of the loan.

    I have never had a problem with zip 19 I have used them many of x's I love the ideal of paying back the next payday all at once, getting ready to borrow again. they are great.

    My wife just got money put into her bank account from this company yet she has not applied for any payday loans or even used her account or routing number for any transactions..... Seriously need to figure out what to do why is this company trying to scam us?
