No reply on examination query.

I have sent three mails on 7th, 8th and 9th respectively regarding few queries on online exams but till now (10122009 1:13 p.m.) i have not received any reply. Whereas it is very urgent as i need to book the exam slots between 1 to 20 of every month as instructed. I stay in Mumbai and it is very difficult to visit Pune every now and then. Mails are not replied, phones are always busy. How are we supposed to get in touch with the institute????? How will our queries be solved???
