HI,

I have been availing broadband services from Airtel for past 8 months (plan
1099) in sector 29, Noida

 

Connection details => Airtel Fixed line / Account number = 01204232452 /
15192770

 

I had applied for this Broadband transfer from House 88 -Sector 29 to House
1300-  Sector 37, Noida on May 21st,10.

 

I was asked to give address proof (this need makes sense for security eason
and I do not have any qualms about that)

 

Due to my new house owner staying abroad, it will take me days to get rent
agreement, so Airtel customer care asked me To get address proof from office.  I got one two weeks back, and duly informed Airtel Customer care who assured that they  have updated the status & someone will show up to fetch the proof. But that never happened and am still without net.

 

My net is not working for 3 + weeks now.

 
I am getting repeated calls to pay the monthly charge of 1305, and when i am telling that connection is not provided, the great Mr Rahil Pasha says--

"We would like to inform that as per your request for the line shifting to another address, but was not done due we did not receive the address proof and you did not provide the address .So the charges are applicable"

As if i am a fool for not wanting to have connection and love giving charity to Airtel...;)...
Unfortunately, call from Vodafone cell is not reaching customer care executive at all...am sure i will get another bill at end of the month and Pasha will say it is correct..

God saves India from these scamsters..

    simply that guy has used some ones name that is not well because those people are working for customer care
