It is regret to inform you that using toll free no. I have registered 5times since a week regarding srevice but no response from them.Really this company Eureca is doing business for money only..........

    I have complained more than 5 times to your toll free number for the water purifier not working, but no response.  My first service request No.8a501a493ebe. More than 10 days have elapses, since the complaint. This is highly irresponsible.  The company is not serious about service.  In this competitive world, back up service is more important than initial sale or else you will be soon be out of business.
