I was promised that supervisor would call,to sought the problem out.The problem has not been soughted out.

    Because I moved to a Security Village with no Vodacom reception , I arranged with MTN , Mennlyn Centre on 21 December to change my supplier from Vodacom to MTN.

    I purchased an MTN SIM card and installed it in my Cellphone on the same date.

    The message "Sim card not accepted" still appears on my cellphone today and despite several complaints to MTN staff at Mennlyn Centre , and numerous promises made by them , I am still waitnig for my service to be activated.

    My MTN SIM NUMBER is 0753889472 .My cell phone number is 082 052 9362 . My ID number is 281215 5037 084.
