Poor service

Hi. This complaint is in regards to the poor service at kfc southway mall, the staff there behave as if they're doing you a favour and that you have no choice but to take what they serve you, and in which ever manner it is served. I've been phoning for the last 30 minutes and it just keeps ringing. This is not the first time I've experienced this. Many times before I tried calling in to place an order for delivery and didn't get ahold of them. I'm based on south coast road which is less than 5 minutes away, now I'm left with no other option but to leave the office to get food.
Really disappointed.
