Don't give them any money , You will be sorry. I believed their lies about saving money. My refrogerator and washing machine broke down the 1st week so I said great to use this membership. I shopped 3 other places that all beat the DirectBuy prices and DirectBuy makes you wait 4-6 weeks for delivery with an un disclosed delivery fee. I bought both appliances for hundreds less than DirectBuy and got same day FREE delivery. I am a property manager and told them what I wanted membership for and their lies and misinformation flew. How many people would wait 6 weeks when their refrigerator or AC goes out ? Bad Company !!!

    I read the same bs peole like you write and it's a joke already. DirectBuy has a price guarantee that you save at least 15% on any and all appliances that is 100-% legitimate. I'm sure you bought a brand they don't carry and if you had a brain you would realize that same make and model means exactly that. I don't know about you, but 15% minimum ain't so bad to me!! That includes online dealers to!!  Also, most, not all deliver free to the home, GE, whirlpool, Amana, maytag, kitchenaid are all free. And last comment the 15% includes freight so it's. great deal, the extended  warranties are also  30-50% less. Bottom line use your brain and stop lying
