The origionals package we agreed to, was not accurate. They do not carry multimedios after the rep said yes she Google all our daily watched channels. My landline was lost due to their techs work which they blamed charter. I called at least 10 times got hung up on, the service went out several times, mirroring did not work. Told my husband we had 30 day gurantee after we complained about not accurate channels provided. A mess of cables were left under my home. They want to charge me after 48 hours of hell. The tech rep said she will listen to the recorded conversation and make a decision from there. They have already charged my discover card 150$. A total scam business.and the first rep told me how dish network was being sued..pot calling the kettle black. Aweful service . 48 hours with dish! Horrible
