Amount Deducted without User's Knowledge

The amount around Rs.20/- is deducted from my Airtel Prepaid account number +91-9591035017 as MULTICONTENTSTORE and everyday they are deducting Rs.4/- from my account. However with my knowledge I never subscribed to it and also not aware what all about it. I want the deducted amount to be credited back to my account and should not be any deduction further from my account.
