I am in the process for threatening to sue these idiots right now. I will also suggest that you send WRITTEN notice of their bullying activities to the Attorney Generals of Florida and Montana. Stellar has an office policy of forcing the wronged party (people that they slander with claims of unpaid Comcast debts) to prove that Stellar's internal database records are incorrect. That goes against everything written in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Also, they have 5 days to notify you in WRITING of their BS debt claims after their initial contact with you. Stellar has a policy of NOT doing that which is against the FDCPA.
