Front load washer Leaks

I purchased the Maytag 3000 series washer and dryer pair about 3 years ago. The dryer has been fine but the WASHER has been a real piece of CRAP. Its LOUD and I now have to replace the BELLOW (the large GREY rubber GASKET that is supposed to keep water in the MACHINE) for the second time. the first one lasted about 2-1/2 years and the second has now gone. it is something that you can repair yourself with the help of google and some patience if you're handy and the part is about $130. I see that I am not the only one and that this is an issue with this machine. As for my faith in MAYTAG, they will be a VERY last option in future purchases if an option at all!
