unsolicited calls

I receive at least 2 calls a day from this company. I continue to tell thel to place me on their "Do Not Call List". Typically in shows on my screen as "NO CALLER ID" but the last time the number actually showed on the screen as 713-357-6343. I don't know how to stop them from calling.
