Removing money from my account without notification

My husband and I joined Scoresense May 5, 2012 and I read over everything I thought completely as possible, but come to find out under the terms dis-closer they have the 7 day rule on cancellations. We did not receive not one early notice that they were going to debit our cards until I check my account and found out they had taken $29.95 out of my account and $29.95 out of my husband  when this was determined I then contacted customer service and they were just nasty. I going to file a former complaint with the BBB and whom ever else will listen to me. This is fraudulent company and the need to be exposed for what they are worth. The company should have the 7 day cancellations on the very first page where it would be disable to the customers and not hidden away.

    I signed up for the 1.00 free seven day trial and was charged 29.95 I called and spoke to miss Tara she was very helpful and explained everything to me concerning my charges. She explained the services and reduced my payments to 12.95 monthly. So far I don't have any complaints, but if I do you will hear about them. I am not an employee just an every day citizen.

    I too was almost hooked by this scam. The cancelation # they give you is bogus. I luckily found Score sense real customer service at 877-335-6823. I was able to cancel in time through this number. Thankfully, they only got one dollar. Whoever is using Score Sense's name is a bogus fraud. Their 800 #'s are false.

    They are a big scam.  I tried to cancel the first trial which I thought was for 30 days and they talked me into another promo. They never mentioned the first promo was for 7 days or I never would have signed for more knowing that I was being charged 29.95 in the first place.

    I was charged 29.95 exactly 7 days after I fell for the first catch.  It was on a Facebook ad and I did what they asked.  Just wanting to see what my score would be.  Just luckily I looked at my credit card account and sure enough a charge was there.  Also a phone number where I could call.  Well I called and started to get the run around.  I said remove me for I was going to call my credit card company and have them to refuse payment. Finally the sent me an email that said I was removed and canceled.

    These people are crooks!!! I never signed up for their credit monitoring service!! I only wanted to get my credit report . I just noticed that they had been billing me for service I NEVER used since May 2013. Of course after calling they try to convince you that it's your fault because you didn't read their cancellation policy. They use deceptive practices in order to get your money!  I will fight to get my money back for ALL the months I was charged.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute unauthorized charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    The "scores" you are getting aren't FICO scores, so they are hardly used by any lenders.

    Yeah, wait till you hear this.  I did the $1 thing and then cancelled in jan of 2013, so I thought.  here it is Nov 2013 and just found out I wasn't cancelled and they have been taking $29.95 out of my boyfriends credit card which goofy never checked.i called and explained that I had cancelled and that they record all of our conversations and to check to prove that I cancelled and they said that they would get back with me In a few days. do you know that the jerks only gave me back 2 months and that's after I threatened them twice and they had to send in the request for the money twice.  now that don't make since. they will pay for 2 months but not all of those months? scammers!!  im going to do whatever it takes to get my money back. if anyone knows of anyway I can do that, or of who I can go to let me know. I will be searching in the mean time. im sure if all of us got together and complain, something can be done. im going to the BBB.  does anyone know if that even helps?

    This just happened to me, too.  Checked my bank account and saw the charges.  Very upset about it, and I wish I could scratch their faces for taking my hard earned money without my authorization.  Tried to call them but failed.  Will have to call my bank tomorrow and have them cancel my card and dispute the charges.  I will not let these crooks stealing my money again.  What goes around comes around!  Karma will talk'. Scorescence, you scammed innocent people like us, you will get worse of what you've done to us.  Thieves like you deserved to be locked up.  Calling my layer tomorrow and sue these [***].  Glad I have legal insurance to help me through this kind of [***] thing.  Just can't believe these scammer get away with this.
