Received a call from a wireless caller 254-217-8107 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where we reside. A woman left a message claiming that my husband needed to call and give this company an updated address to receive a court summons.  The woman on the phone left the following number (888-247-2983) along with a claim number. At the end of the message the individual stated very rudely that my husband had been notified. Upon calling the phone number provided and got a rep by the name Diego Chris (extension 309) and said he was calling from Universal. He stated that my husband needed to appear in court on fraudulent charges and would not give any other information that I requested concerning the matter. The very next day we received a call from family stating that they also receive a phone call looking for my husband. The phone call came from the following number 409-292-0183 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where our family resides.  When my family ask who was calling for my husband the individual on the other end simply ended the call. The number that show up on the caller ID are local number, but when trying to dial the number back you receive the following messages: “Busy Signal” and “Due to network issues the call cannot go through and to try the call later.” When my husband called the toll free number given; he stated that a man answered the phone and then hung up on him. Several attempts later all we got when calling the number was a Universal recording to either dial an extension or “0” for the operator to assist you. When dialing the extension and/ or “0” all you hear is “The person you are trying to reach is currently on the phone. Please leave a message at the tone or press the pound sign for further options.”

              He called my parent's house phone and ask them where I live and what's my contact information. My brother thought I did something criminal and started interrogating me.

              Same Noah Daniels being a jerk stating my birthday and two addresses saying I have charges against me and that they have tried contacting me but I have no clue what it is. The same thing happens to my brother last year and they are fake!!!! What a stupid world this is sometimes!

    I keep getting calls from 817-381-4722.  I don't know who they are and what they want-- and further more I don't really give a flip.  I do wish they would forget that I exist and just don't bother me ever again.  I don't appreciate getting phone calls from shady outfits-- and furthermore from shady outfits that are handled by a shady outfit such as Level 3 Communications LLC-TX.  The fault is theirs-- evidently they approve of oddballs and acorn castle residents.

    These folks are MASSIVE SPAMMERS AND SOLICITORS. And the callers have also been rude, arrogant, and disrespectful when asked to remove my name/number from their list.

    If you call me again I WILL make a formal complaint with the FCC.

    I have tried everything in my power to block 469-208-8381 since mid-December 2013. When I looked up the number i got the same thing as Joseph, but located in Carrollton, TX (Grapevine). There's a beep and I'll say hello at least twice, and this woman named "michelle" tells me that the call is being recorded without telling me why. I stayed on the line once and she was asking me if I'd like to do a survey. Ever since I just hang up when the beep goes off.

    Keep getting calls everyday from Unavailable & Unknown Name 409-440-7397 which belongs to LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX.  When I try to look the number up it shows 2 different locations Houston & Santa Fe, TX .  Have know idea whom these people are and why they keep calling & they never leave a message.  I'm on the do not call list which I think is a joke anyway because it's never stopped any solicitors from calling.  Really would love to sue the hell out of this Company not for money but just to prove a point.

      I'm with you!!  I would LOVE to be "in on the kill" with this company.  Bring them in in hand cuffs or see them brought in in hand cuffs.  SWEET REVENGE!!

    Keep getting calls from 972-638-8534. Internet search shows Level 3 communications llc. Arrogant so an so's. Say they are calling about our timeshare, we don't have one, stop calling here, click. They call back 5 minutes later, stop calling here, click. I call the # back and leave a voicemail to place us on the do not call list.They call back 10 min later, same convo.  They return my call today and for $59.99 they will put us on the do not call list and asks for my credit card #. Scumbags. Will research about reporting to Fcc, bbb, police.
