Received a call from a wireless caller 254-217-8107 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where we reside. A woman left a message claiming that my husband needed to call and give this company an updated address to receive a court summons.  The woman on the phone left the following number (888-247-2983) along with a claim number. At the end of the message the individual stated very rudely that my husband had been notified. Upon calling the phone number provided and got a rep by the name Diego Chris (extension 309) and said he was calling from Universal. He stated that my husband needed to appear in court on fraudulent charges and would not give any other information that I requested concerning the matter. The very next day we received a call from family stating that they also receive a phone call looking for my husband. The phone call came from the following number 409-292-0183 (LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC – TX) which is local to where our family resides.  When my family ask who was calling for my husband the individual on the other end simply ended the call. The number that show up on the caller ID are local number, but when trying to dial the number back you receive the following messages: “Busy Signal” and “Due to network issues the call cannot go through and to try the call later.” When my husband called the toll free number given; he stated that a man answered the phone and then hung up on him. Several attempts later all we got when calling the number was a Universal recording to either dial an extension or “0” for the operator to assist you. When dialing the extension and/ or “0” all you hear is “The person you are trying to reach is currently on the phone. Please leave a message at the tone or press the pound sign for further options.”

      Yeah they do the same too me..said they have sent me documents to appear in court...yet she asked for my address...I just stated if you have my information then you have it...

    Getting tired of the calls
    They call 5-8 times a day.  I will now be answering and then letting them listen to music, my children, or the tv until they hang up without hearing a word from me

    These are all robot dial numbers, they evidently have to do with a collection of some sort.  The will of God will not take you, where the Grace of God will not protect you. Have no fear.

    They have called me from an area code 210, in San Antonio TX 469, number now 832 here in Houston and when I answer it's the same recording to call them about a unsatisfactory account and they give me a supposed account number....yet it's not on my credit history at all....they even call my girlfriends number...

    So, I created a phone number on an app on my phone and they gave me a # that I looked up and the company showed up Level 3 Communications LLC - TX

    (812) 954-4144 is a phone number on a Landline device operated by Level 3. This device is registered in Aurora, IN, which is located in Dearborn county. I live in northern Indiana and this # calls my cell on Sundays and hangs up.  GOOGLE  "a phone number on a Landline device operated by Level 3".Makes lots of sense when you understand what  Level 3 is.

    I blocked my number before calling them back and a recording saying sorry but they're unable to locate my information and I got disconnected..lol

    Received a call at my job and my uncle who lives four states a way received a call from 325 218 0945 they said they are looking for me on bank fraud.  When I call back all they say when they answer is legal services.  I want to know if it’s a scam

    Level 3 Communications is the phone company, not the company(ies) doing the calling.  The calls I get are regarding an old Ace Cash Express payday loan but I imagine other companies use Level 3 as their provider as well, so it could be any number of companies calling.  Good luck.

    The number I am told on the voicemail to call is 832-783-9928 about a court summons with a car number, to which I looked up on Casenet that I don’t have. I even called the local courts to find out if they had me signed up for a court case. NOTHING. I call the number back, and I get someone answering the phone but they never say the name of the business just answer with a fake name I’m sure. I’m supposedly suppose to get my in person court summons between 3-5 pm central time where I live by a lady named Ally Smith. Who do I need to contact cause I’m ready to sue whoever this is over harrassing, intimidating, and threatening phone calls and voicemails. I also search and found Level 3 Communications LLC. I’m guessing they don’t even know and it’s someone else hacking their old phone lines possibly. Either way I’m done. I’ve contacted my attorney and may very well call the fraud department with the FBI.

    I received a call from this company  Level 3 communications wanting to know about my credit cards i hung up , before she could say anything else . they are scammers .The number is  9404777782 from Henrietta . Texas

    I'm getting text messages from 765309142 saying they found my resume online and are wanting to meet me in person to introduce me to people to see if we click. The number is listed as belonging to Level 3 Communications LLC and was sent through the mysms site. It freaks me out because they keep saying they want to meet me in person and I've never contacted the conpany, The Snider Group, that they claim to be. The text says it is from a woman named Christina over at the Snider Group. It all feels very fishy and they sent four text in one day...

    I received calls today from the same company LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - TX, but this one is in Caddo Mills, TX, local to me.  They are calling my business so as soon as I answer with a company name, they hang up.  Just answered call #8 for the day.  903-213-8614  When I call back they answer and immediately hang up.  Think I'll call when I get to work in the morning at 4 am to bake bread.:)

    I've been getting calls from 361-792-3762... again that name LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS LLC, TX come up after I looked up the number. I've had 23 missed calls from this number. The phone harassment has gotten to the point that I only answer calls from people I know. Anyone else can leave me a message. I then decide if I will get back to them or not. To date, the IRS has called (scam), I have a court date (scam), my truck insurance is adjusted and will cost slightly more (scam), my grandmother needs some money sent to her (scam).. and the list goes on.
    Stay VIGILANT and AWARE that these Scumbags our out preying on anyone and everyone.

    I don't answer calls from numbers not saved in phone (e.g family, friends, work) due to getting at least a dozen spam calls a week... that never leave messages.  Now, I'm getting text messages too from (830) 541-7135 that goes back to LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - TX out of Devine, TX.

    The message reads:  Hi Lyndon, this is Victoria volunteering w/ Beto O'Rourke's campaign for U.S. Senate. The election is in November and Beto is running for Senate against Ted Cruz. Can Beto O'Rourke count on your vote?

    I've gotten this multiple times and all addressed to "Lyndon", whoever that is.  Not my name at all, not my even the right gender.  I'm sure these people have also been calling me with various scams from various numbers and it needs to stop.

    Getting calls all day each day from 608-713-3035 Beloit, WI. When googled comes up as Level 3 Communications, LLC. No messages and I don't answer, but they blow up my cell
