I received a call from JetDirectfunding. they sounded legit and I decided I would work with them. Once they had important information from me, the main contact email no longer worked or would anyone answer the phone or return calls. here is then name of the person. I strongly caution anyone from dealing with this company in the future!

    hi i left the company because i went back to school. i did like working for the jet, and they get many approvals. they are great,and very knowledgeable about mortgages and modifications, but i am young and needed to go to school. i like louie alot, and he is very smart about this business. he is probably the most professional one in the whole company. so if there is anybody there u can trust it is louie.

    MY MISTAKE, the law in NY WAS ENACTED SEPTEMBER 1, 2008 (NOT 2009).

    I too was taken I thought Ryan was legit.  I paid the 3500 fee in installments and now many months later I have yet to hear back from him to let me know where my loan is going.  I have made calls and not got any answer.  Seems like shoddy business to me !!!

    I started my Loan process in September of 2009...we are still waiting for something to happen.  We were told that it would be no problem to modify.  After months and months of bank statements and pay stubs, and getting the same old your loan is still "under review" it's getting a little frustrating.  Has anyone gotten their money back from these people after starting this process?

    Check NMLS First
    Only a bank or a attorney can do a loan mod as long as they are a licensed bank they can do a mod. i tried to check them out on http://www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org/ but nmls web site is down(NMLS Consumer Access currently is retrieving updated license information. Please try again later.) if they are listed .... THEY ARE GOOD if they are not list on nmls web site I would be a little careful do your homework not all mod companies are bad. One thing I can say from experience if you go direct to your bank who holds your mortgage you will get denied. It is a pain in the a$$ to do yourself. I would work with an attorney or a bank listed on NMLS. I did and got my mod done (did not work with this mod company). Good Luck

    OK here is a legal fact for you. Up front fees can be collected by an attorney or a company licensed by NY STATE Banking Department. So called loan modification companies can't charge an UP FRONT FEE however Jet Direct Funding from my research is licensed with NY State Banking Department they are actually an approved lender so they are regulated and do not fall into this section of NY State Law sorry but just informing you of the facts. I am an attorney in real estate law

    I received a call from Ann Fallen who conviced me that they could modify my mortgage on an investment property.  I sent $1,500, plus $350 for the apprasal, with the agreement to pay 2% on the amount that would be deffered.  I started researching the different programs and found out that they were applying only to the primary resident and not to investment properties, so I called to request my money back, as I had signed an agreement that if the modification would not be approved, all money exept $500.00 would be refunded to me.  I asked to speak to a supervisor who called me all kinds of names and was trying to convince me that I was wrong and he also called me "stupid".  Up to this day I have not heard anything but I feel that I should not let them get away with this.
    What bothered me the most and made me research was that Ms. Fallen told me that under no circumstances I should talk to my lender about this.
    If any one has any suggestions of how to approch this, please advice.

    Jet Direct Funding is a Total BS company there is not one person there who is straight up with you. They are a scam....for every $2500 they charge you $500 doesn't get refunded. If you ever actually get your refund.  From Susan to Kevin to Ann to Kurt to John and who ever runs that place....they're are ALL your basic street scum Con Artists..... I wouldn't trust anyone there, Call your bank and let them do the Loan Mod and leave out the little middle man known as Jet Direct Scum....

    Beware of the people you are dealing with. Many consumers have victimized by illegal perpetrators. In relation to this, mortgage applications have risen over the past month, largely thanks to more people applying for home loan modification.     I paid Jet Direct Funding up-front money in 2009 to remortify my home loan. For periods at a time I would not hear from them; then when they would call they would request the same papers that I had previously sent them, some of these request were delivered to them via fax so I have a fax history, some others I mailed the information. When I tried to retrieve some of the money I gave them, they rebutted with I didn't provide some information that they had requested; this is not true. I have not given up on pursuing this dilemma. It is not so much the money at this point as being a moral issue. From 2009 to 2011 is sufficient time for a company to accomplish something if it were possible. I checked them with the N.Y. BBB but since they are not a member the information supplied was limited to 4 previous complaints; which only 2 were resolved.

    Huge scammers, they should run for mayor--- promises promises and no results. Asked me to send them 1600 dollars and when i said to forget it they dropped it to 500 and told me that it would be refunded if modification didnt go through went through a whole year was denied 3 times never called me to update me had to speak to like 4 different people which none had a clue. Finally they say oh it was denied but were keeping your 500 for processing fee ... i was r you kidding i could have dealt with the bank directly all you did was fax the papers I sent you!!!  to the bank and your chaging me 500 dollars for that!!! i was so pissed .. i dealt with susan schatz terrible person no heart and obviousely no morals .. I will never work with them again and i will let everyone i know not to deal with them and i will be contacting the better bussiness bureu
