Called using Atlanta code 404-phone numbers (because my area code begins with 404). A Marshal Wilcox left voicemail about filing some final statement on client's behalf and I should call back before 5pm today! He left his direct number as 855-528-8454. His voicemail was very stern and urgent. Clearly he is not getting any call back from me. I owe no one.

    Been getting the same call. They also blew up my relatives phones. They hung up on me once. Eventually I told them to send me a letter. Never came. Now every time I call I say send the letter and he gets soooooo frustrated.

    Same at this end - they would not give me details, trying to find a way to scam via my husband - calling a family member first!  What is wrong with these idiots, will they stop at nothing to get a free ride?!  They have information they have gotten somewhere, just don't say yes to any of it and tell them NOTHING!!!  And yes, they hang up when you ask too many questions.  AS IF LIFE ISN'T DIFFICULT ENOUGH, GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!  There, I feel much better, lol

    Im getting the same calls and no one is willing to give you information on who they are and where their buisness is located.

    Same message left on my voicemail. After reading some of this thread (Thanks! btw*) I gave my file #, he asked if I was that person. I said yes, my first name matched but not the last. "who is this again?" he said well we can get into all that soon as we confirm some things. He asked for my #, I replied "if I gave you the case #, what # did you guys call? He said there's a lot of them. I asked him to just pick one *LOL* and let me verify its for ME. He then hung up.

    I just received a telephone call from this company also asking for my daughter and demanding her place of employment, home address and telephone # plus her SS#  , , , , WTF ????  I looked it up on line and it says that M & S is a legal firm,   whoever this person was that left a message  needs a class on speaking clearly , I couldn't hardly understand him . . .send some paperwork for legal documentation and possibly you will get answers . . . .

    I received a message on my phone from 855-616-1608 to call this number. Very threatening message. These people need to stop. Where are they getting our cell phone info from?That is crazy. Our information has become public. People just forcing themselves and invading our right to a peaceable life.

    I got the same message, one yesterday and another today. I called the number back directly 8303093009 and ask him who it was he said Shea or O’Shea or something along those lines, then I asked him what he wanted and he hung up. I called back and told him to quit calling and he said, well you’ve called us more than we called you lol. [***] then asked for my number so I told him, they already had it anyway, and he said “ok sir I apologize I’ll get that number out of our database right away”. Just a scam.

    these are nasty people, threatened me that was it, a legitimate business conducts themselves in a professional and courteous manner...they do not identify themselves when calling and then want personal information ssn and birth date. Said I should have gotten paperwork, never got it.  I fell and was taken to hospital in ambulance, thought bill had been resolved.  Was told by MNS collections not to contact ambulance co.,  which I did-got issue resolved and was told by the ambulance co I did not have to  call the "collection co." back, they would handle it.  Also, MNS & Assc. said they would settle the debt, which I actually thought about doing but decided to contact the original company.  This MNS is nasty and talks to you in a very demeaning and threatening manner.  They want you fearful, do not handle them or anyone else calling from fear, we are smarter than this people. Will block this number.

    Got a call from this so called mns associates. I didn’t answer the call be cause i was working and they were looking for my brother. I live in the SF Bay Area and he is in Arizona. I screen shot the vm message all thanks to the transcription iPhone does and told my brother he can call them back. But i wasn’t going to call them back unless he confirmed it. But reading all the messages it sounds about the same type of issues they are calling about wanting his signature. Told my brother this may be a scam and he can call them back and eff with them cause i know my brother got his life handled.

    This company has been leaving harassing phone call messages, they have been calling our family members and harassing them causing them undo stress. Contacting ex wife and ex husband from over 15 years ago. I am contacting an attorney and will be filing against this company for violating the Fair Debt and Collections Act. I want a Cease and Desist order against them immediately.

    Same here. Calling and left same message for daughter with wrong name. He can wait long time for my return call.
