I WAS ALSO CHARGED 39.98 BY DRI CLEAN MY PC, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I CALLED 952-392-2584. ACTUALLY MY CREDIT CARD CALLED FOR ME, BUT GAVE ME THE NUMBER. WE HAD A CONFERENCE CALL AND THEY REMOVED THE CHARGE FROM MY CREDIT CARD. IT'S GOOD TO HAVE USAA CREDIT CARD.

I have had two separate charges on my bank statement in euors from the same place. The first charge that I missed was in March and now another this month. It looks like five dollars each time. I don't even have an iphone or ipod, and don't use windows, so am at a lose to explain why. My bank is looking into this.

I called the number as well and they were very nice and refunded the money, apparently I had purchased the service and it was on an automatic renewal schedule so it charged me for the new year 39.98... They cancelled it completely and I got my money back. The number I used was 18884279359. Thank you BETHMIKE for posting this!

Do NOT deal with fraudulent charges by trying to contact the fraudulent "merchant".
If you didn't authorize the charges, contact your bank directly to dispute them as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute promptly, generally within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the charge, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
The result is that the fraudulent merchant also gets stuck with chargeback fees by their own bank, and the high levels of chargebacks raises a red flag to warn the system of fraud, so it discourages this type of activity.
If you contact the merchant instead, you have no guarantee you will get your money back, and if they can delay you from filing a bank dispute past the 60 day point, they can just walk away with your money, since with small charges like this, it isn't worth filing a federal lawsuit, which is your other option. Furthermore, you allow them to keep running the scam, by allowing them to evade chargeback fees, while you keep your account open and exposed to further fraud, which they might try again in a few months when you might miss it.

I was charged $39.98 on my credit card for an unauthorized charge. This merchants account was cancelled before their charge was made. They are definately a fraud ! I am cancelling my credit card now so no further charges will be made !

Was charged $39.98 I Never went through the whole thing with the Mycleanpc.com Ended up getting charged that ammount over 6 months later after I had bought myself a new computer and all. I called 952-392-2584 and it worked great. It showed up on my statement as- DRI*MYCLEANPC REGNOW.COM/CS MN They agreed to remove charge and take off my apperent "reaccuring account charges" Thanks for the numbers up there helped me alot.

I had MYCLEANPC removed from my computer and the repair person told me that outfits like MYCLEANPC are scams and designed to disrupt your computer so you will buy their services. After I installed MYCLEANPC, I had problems all the time and finally my computer crashed. I just now received a charge on my bank account for $39.98 from DRI*MYCLEANPC MINNETOKA MNUS. I appreciate the phone numbers and encouragement to go after them for the unauthorized charges. Mission accomplished by calling 888-427-9359! The charges were, of course, an auto renewal for the service. Always get a reference # in case the credit to your account does not happen. I shall see in 7 to 10 days. Also, have MYCLEANPC blocked on your account. Thanks so much for making your complaint and including phone numbers.
Yes I to ended up paying over $200.00 a year ago to clean up my computer and a month later i didn't have interneat and 2 months later my computer had major problems. Close to a year leater I get a new computer then I get charged money for nothing im going to call this numbert and hope to get my money back. thanks for the comment.

Thank you every one for posting, I too was charged this renewal fee when after 2 weeks a year ago of installing this on my computer I had cancelled it, it never went through. I called 952-392-2584 and she refunded me the money (or so she says they will) I have the reference number! What a scam!
