I just called 888-427-9359 and the young lady was very nice,stopped the "auto renewal " and gave me a credit back for the $39.98 that was charged on my card

I was charged $39.98 without my authorization. The lady told me that my account showed auto renewal, however, she can not prove it. She put me on hold for a long time and hung up. Second call. Her ID#: 9670. She was unable to look me up by my email, but she could find me with my first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of my credit card.
The auto renewal was cancelled.

My mom's credit card was charged $71.95 be DRI*TREND MICRO 952-392-2584. I called that number and was referred to 952-646-5980. They told us this was an automatic renewal going back to 2009. My mother would never have signed up for this so we are stumped as she said she's never seen this charge before. The lady issued a credit and canceled the auto renewal and gave us a reference number. Success!

I have never heard of this company and never ordered on line and my account got charged $42.58, and now I have other charges that will get additional fees because the card had to be cancelled

Thanks for all your posts. I'm on vacation and its 2:14am and I just saw 11 charges for 39.98 each charged to my credit card which I did not authorize. I called my clean PC after I saw an ad on tv. After I agreed to try I was uncomfortable and cancelled. That was more than a year ago. Shortly after both my laptop and PC had major problems and eventually crashed. Now I have all theses charges. I wish we could file a class action lawsuit against them.

They did it to me too! I just noticed a charge of $43.42 on my BECU account done by them. I never purchased it! this is very disturbing.Thank you folks for including the phone numbers,I'm going to make the call.
