This is a scam, telemarketers call you promising a gas card or other gift card saying that if u just try out the program u get to keep them for free and if u cancel within 30 days u wont be charged anything, just to call the 800 number in the paperwork they send you, that paperwork doesnt always come and they charge u before the 30 days is up, usually $19.95, sometimes more and it automatically withdraws monthly, if you call any of the 800 numbers to cancel, get a confirmation number, the charges you may be getting are from, WC*Budget savers, WC*Smart Perks, WC*Pulse monthly, Nationwide travel, MVQ*Best Benefits, along with several others, this is a front for a company called Provell, the number to call is 952-258-2000, they have a list of all the programs you are enrolled in and can cancel them all at the same time, however, be sure to get a confirmation number, the next time they call dont even talk to them just hang up, it might also be a good idea to get a new card

    If they fail to honor your cancellation, dispute their fraudulent charges through your bank and close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.

    Senator Jay Rockafeller's Senate Commerce Committee held hearings recently investigating these "discount club" scammers.

    "WC *PULSE MONTHLY 01/17" which i never ordered.pls i don't the it and i need a refund. thanks.

    wc budget saver is actually affiliate with peoplefinders.com, if you used that website , they automatic do that, it just happened to me, and they sent me info to three insurance company request for coverage, i was charge 29.95 two different times, then just happened again with $ 1.00 charge.  Also, been getting non stop telemarketing calls too.

    I ordered a sonic pet trainer and they called me.  Talked so fast and they kept talking about other stuff too I wonder how many charges they are going to do.  I told them I do not want anything other than the trainer on my card.  And here it is there is a $1 charge.

    Never received any information related to 30-day trial and charge showed up in my checking account; called and requested this be cancelled and my checking account be credited back $24.95 since I was never provided with information needed to cancel "membership".

    This month on my credit card appeared an expense for $24.95.  It was for some discount coupon magazine which I had never heard of.  They claimed I had authorized receiving a free trial of 30 days and then I would receive a monthly charge of 24.95.  Supposedly, it was related to something I purchased from "Bone" which I had never heard of.  I indicated that I would not pay for it.  She canceled my subscription and said I would receive a refund and to give it three days before it would appear on my credit card statement.  Given the stories above I hope this happens.

    My brother alerted me to these complaints. I contacted the phone number provided and listed these "companies": WC*Budget savers, WC*Smart Perks, WC*Pulse monthly, Nationwide travel, MVQ*Best Benefits.

    I was told by the person who responded to my phone call that the only item he recognized was Pulse monthly, and he could only give me a confirmation that Pulse monthly was canceled. The confirmation # was 102881133. He said he could not cancel the others.

    I went to my bank today 5/20/10 to have them investagate this company and charge of $24.95 that is pending (5/21/10 ) from my bank account, to my surprise my bank told me that I need to come back on 5/21/10 after the money was taken out of my account and not in pending! I am very unhappy that this Pulse Monthly can just go into my account and post money due for something I never heard of or was involved in excepting what ever they are selling, I am not the sueing type but beleive in me I will do what ever it takes for this company and others like it to be stopped.  Also I will be looking into another bank that will help with these problems not push me aside and tell me to come back.!!!!I phoned the Tele.# given for Pulse Monthly I spoke to  Nolan his Company ID.#63685, he told me he has cancelled any money to be taken from my bank account and he removed me from his list and deleted all my information(I asked- where did you get my information??) he explanded he did not know how they got it!!?? He gave me a Confirmation #102906850.

    I was looking at my account and noticed a charge that just was deducted today, May 27, 2010. I googled it because I wasnt sure what it was and to my surprise I find out about the fraud and stuff. Needless to say I had 3 transactions from 30 April-current for the amounts of $24.95, $19.95 and $14.95 and they were from WC* Pulse Monthly, MVQ Travelmembers and Easy Savers. When I called the MVQ it was quick and easy but when I called the WC* Pulse Monthly the girl names Shauna gave me a hard time because she wanted to know the billing address and so forth. I explained to this girl I dont know because I dont know when this occured or anything. I told her my name and she asked me was there anyone else and I told her yes my husband. My husband had to get on the phone and request the refund and that. My husband was like I didnt order this nor talk to anyone. Advise because this is true dont order anything over the phone with your credit card because I know that is how they got the info because its not a secure line. Put a fraud on your credit card and your bank account.

    I have not received my walmart card for $25.00 and they have taken out their money out of my account and i don't know the number to call and cancel and get my money back/

    I was also charged for something I did not order.  Called the 800 number and requested a refund as yet have not received the refund.

    BEWARE!  i just looked at my bank statement and apparently this company has decided they can charge my account under two different company names WC Pulse monthly for 24.95 and MVQ Todays escapes for 19.95...  I called my bank and they will be issuing me another card and filing fraud against this company... how can a company think they can get away with this???   I do not recall agreeing to any subscription!!  Better Business Bureau needs to also be contacted!

    I just looked at my bank statement to get a big surprise of a $24.95 charge from pulse monthly. ???? I called my bank and they gave me a contact number to call and cancel.  I called and got a cancellation number.  I called my bank back and told them that this seemed like a scam and they told me to go to the police and file a complaint and then they would have to issue me another credit card.  What a day to wake up to!
    I hope any of you out there who reads this take extra care of your identity and information.  I'm a big dummy!

    I got jacked too to everybody out there beware when you buy items on tv they link you to bullsh@t second party scam companies. Then knowingly that they are in the wrong they want to get tough with you over the phone. your hands are tied I.m going to contact the primary company and let them have it for getting me roped in this scamway robbery 24.95 for services I told the guy you mean for nonservices how dare they do this to hardworking people
