This is a scam, telemarketers call you promising a gas card or other gift card saying that if u just try out the program u get to keep them for free and if u cancel within 30 days u wont be charged anything, just to call the 800 number in the paperwork they send you, that paperwork doesnt always come and they charge u before the 30 days is up, usually $19.95, sometimes more and it automatically withdraws monthly, if you call any of the 800 numbers to cancel, get a confirmation number, the charges you may be getting are from, WC*Budget savers, WC*Smart Perks, WC*Pulse monthly, Nationwide travel, MVQ*Best Benefits, along with several others, this is a front for a company called Provell, the number to call is 952-258-2000, they have a list of all the programs you are enrolled in and can cancel them all at the same time, however, be sure to get a confirmation number, the next time they call dont even talk to them just hang up, it might also be a good idea to get a new card

I just recently had this happen to me a day ago. I just so happen to check my balance on my bank card and an unknown charge was made on my card for 19.95. When I called the number that the bank had given me for the company, that company number is put on some sort of SOE01 Signal One Resporg. You can not contact the company, it doesn't exist. Smart Perks. It's a scam folks. Beware. I had to call and cancel my bank card out and have them send me a new one. They do not wait 30 days for anything to take place like they tell you on the phone. They take the money out when they see fit for themselves. They also tell you they will only charge your card $1. Another lie.
I'm beyond furious, because now I have to dispute all these charges in order to get my money back for something I didn't even ask for in the first place.
Be careful who you give your number to out there people. As you can see by my reply and many others on this page...IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!

I am so angry with budget savers. I did not sign up for their services, I don't want their services and I never authorized them to take money out of my account to the tune of 200.00. Beware of Privacy Matters 123 as well. They did the same thing. I had never ever heard of them and wish I hadn't still. I reported both agencies to my local police and to my bank. Let's pray someone will help us get our money back from these thieves. Be careful what you order online, even if it's retail like Old Navy or Gap. They always can find your credit card number. I am unemployed and need my money!!!!

This refers to WC Savers. I don't recall ever having a conversation or accepting online any product or service.  I was charged 29.95 for five months before I noticed it. I called the number and they said they would cancel it and would send forms for requesting a refund. I have not received any forms. They should be prosecuted and the operators thrown in jail.
