House of Model service offered by airtel got activated automatically in my mobile on 6th Aug 2015 at Rs.20 and again got renewed at Rs.75 on 10th Aug 2015 for a validity of 30 days and now again on 9/9/2015 it got renewed at Rs.50.

At first of all i didnt ask for this service and it got activated without my consent and also i want my amount that was debited from my mobile balance.

      Got same problem. Apparently it is some kind of malware which is downloaded by net when we click on some random link god knows which one and that thing send message to subscribe the service, I dont know what airtel will do about it but some one is getting rich on our money by making fool of airtel customers.

      I have also charged for 75 house of models even i have not subscribed for this service
      My No is 08305405070. When i tried to contact Airtel Customer care Miss Aarti Gupta Misbehave and say Its your fault. Ref no. RMPTO40704026934.
      Now i am going to Port my number soon.

    Please what is house of model service??? I don't know it. I got a message that reads ''you successfully subscribed to house of models.'' Meanwhile I had not dialled any short code or sent any message. My balance was deducted and I was very upset. Automatic subscription for a service that I didn't even know. I quickly sent a an email to the operator and luckily they gave my balance back to me. I was told I subscribed to the service but why will I buy something I don't know anything about?? What codes or messages show that I subscribed the service myself?? Well if it happens again, I will just throw the sim card away and buy a new sim card from another provider. That was my experience with Tata Docomo.

    House of Model service offered by airtel got activated automatically in my mobile on 21st September 2015 at Rs.35 and i immediately deactivated it with the message i got deducting my money.  At first of all i didn't ask for this service and it got activated without my consent and also i want my amount that was debited from my mobile balance.

    This is the bigining chain if we dont complain this process will reapeat again and again.
    So kindly request you to give my refund back.
    I hope i dont want to complain again.

    House of model service got  activated automatically in my wife mobile yesterday night and 20 Rs were cutted and then 75 Rs were again cutted .the service got activated without my cosent.the amount cutted against may be refund to my account.mob no is 9794369694 and my mobile no is 9956559345.pl look into the matter.

    What is this House Of Models?
    I dint opt for any service, just browsing the net and suddenly I received a message "Thanks for choosing HOUSE OF MODELS on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs75.0 for 30days". Please look into the matter and correct it. Issue a refund and ensure that this never happens again.

    Please look into the matter and Issue a refund, please ensure that this never happens again.
