House of Model service offered by airtel got activated automatically in my mobile on 6th Aug 2015 at Rs.20 and again got renewed at Rs.75 on 10th Aug 2015 for a validity of 30 days and now again on 9/9/2015 it got renewed at Rs.50.

At first of all i didnt ask for this service and it got activated without my consent and also i want my amount that was debited from my mobile balance.

    Same stupid thing happened to me and Rs 50 has been deducted and I had very less balance and was in roaming in a rural area. Could not even recharge immediately. Could you deal with this problem and retain your clients?

    Same was done with me also by Airtel deducted 50 rs from my balance as Airtel house of model service

    HOUSE OF MODELS service had gotten activated on my number and I was charge ₹50/- automatically on my Airtel number. When I spoke to the Customer care executive, he says he does not know. He can only give me the info when it was activated. What am I to do with that information?! I have not activated this service. Who do I escalate this to? Pls refund my money immediately.

    Same thing, 2 services HOUSE OF MODELS & SUPER MODELS CLUB got activated without my concern and amount got deducted at Rs5/day and again Rs49 when i recharged with Rc50. Customer service guys that its a Value added service and is charged for that. Moreover they said that its not from Airtel and they dont know details of what that service is for. If so, how can the money from my amount from my Airtel Sim get debitted.  F***** with the service and the response.  Can someone explain on this. Can reach me at prathyush@excellmedia.net  9000929991

    Without my permission this house of model is activated i And also renewed without asking first its deducted 25 and now 35 what is this . This is what Airtel provides us
    This is not first time it's always deduct money without any permission or conformation. Lastly we have no option we have to change the service provider.

    Madhar chhod house of model without information it will be actived.
    I dint opt for any service, just browsing the net and suddenly I received a message "Thanks for choosing HOUSE OF MODELS on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs75.0 for 30days". Please look into the matter and correct it. Issue a refund and ensure that this never happens again.

    Airtel, please refund the amount deducted from my Airtel no. 8732058151 for house of models service immediately. Failing which I will take the issue to consumer court. You activated the said service without my knowledge and consent. It's a humble request.

    I have recharged my Mobile No. 98985 75168 by Rs.50 ( Full Talk time offer) which was deducted immediately within 5 Minutes.

    I have called to Customer care and they tole me that this is House of Model service offered by airtel got activated automatically in my mobile on 17th Feb 2016 without balance in my Airtel Account Balance.
    And it is again got renewed at Rs.50 by today 08 Apr 2016 for a validity of 15 days

    At first of all i didnt ask for this service and it got activated without my consent and also i want my amount return back to my account  that was debited from my mobile balance.

Call 56789 or click http://56789.airtel.in.  please solve it out I will not Pay any charges
