KFC PEKIN, IL - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HERE IS A RUNDOWN OF MY EXPERIENCE ON 6/28/2011 AT THE KFC IN PEKIN, IL.  I ENTERED THE STORE AROUND 7:00PM.  THERE WERE 6-8 PEOPLE IN LINE:  AN EMPLOYEE, THEN AN ELDERLY MAN, THEN MY SELF, THEN, BEHIND ME, WAS A GROUP OF SENIOR CITIZENS.  AS WE WAITED IN LINE THE GIRL OPERATING THE REGISTER WAITED ON THE EMPLOYEE AHEAD OF ALL THE ACTUAL PAYING CUSTOMERS.  ON TOP OF SERVING AN EMPLOYEE AHEAD OF ACTUAL CUSTOMERS THE GIRL COULDN’T FIGURE OUT HOW TO APPLY THE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT TO THE EMPLOYEE’S ORDER.  AN OLDER WOMAN (EMPLOYEE) CAME OUT AND SHOWED THE REGISTER OPERATOR HOW TO DO THIS (WITH AN ATTITUDE).  UPON WAITING ON THE EMPLOYEE THE OLDER LADY (EMPLOYEE) PUT TRAYS ON THE COUNTER WITH SOME ANNOYANCE AS IF WAITING ON CUSTOMERS WAS RUINING HER NIGHT. MEANWHILE THERE ARE ABOUT 2-3 PEOPLE STANDING UP BY THE COUNTER WAITING ON DRINK CUPS THAT THE REGISTER GIRL FORGOT TO GIVE OUT.   AS THE EMPLOYEE EXITED THE LINE LAUGHING ABOUT THE REGISTER OPERATOR’S INABILITY TO DO HER JOB THE ELDERLY MAN IN FRONT OF ME APPROACHED THE REGISTER.  AS HE WAS ORDERING I INSPECTED THE BUFFET, SINCE THAT WAS THE REASON I DECIDED TO EAT THERE.  ALL THE FOOD WAS SPARCE (NO MASHED POTATOS OR CHICKEN!)  AND, THE DRIVE THROUGH GIRL WAS FILLING DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS FROM THE ALREADY SPARCE BUFFET! AFTER ORDERING, THE REGISTER GIRL TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE OLDER LADY EMPLOYEE TO GET MY TRAY READY.  THE OLDER LADY EMPLOYEE WAS NO WHERE IN SIGHT.  I STOOD THERE FOR A FEW MINUTES UNTIL THE REGISTER GIRL FINALLY GOT ME A TRAY.  I THEN ASKED ANOTHER GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER IF THEY WOULD PUT OUT MORE POTATOS AND CHICKEN.  THE GIRL I ASKED IGNORED ME AND THE GIRL WHO DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO USE THE REGISTER INTERJECTED AND STARTED TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THE BUFFET KEPT THE FOOD WARM. CONFUSED, I TOLD HER I JUST WANTED POTATOS AND DIDN’T CARE HOW THE BUFFET WORKED.  (VERY AWKWARD).  I STOOD THERE FOR A SHORT TIME WONDERING IF THEY WERE GONNA REFILL THE BUFFET AS THE LINE BUILT UP BEHIND ME (OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ORDERED THE BUFFET).  AFTER ACTING LIKE THEY DIDN’T KNOW IF THERE WERE ANY MORE POTATOS AVAILABLE THEY FINALLY PUT SOME MORE OUT.  I FILLED MY PLATE.  I THEN HAD TO MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR CHICKEN.  (I HAD TO ASK FOR CHICKEN AT THE KFC BUFFET!) I THEN PROCEEDED TO EXIT THE BUFFET LINE WHEN I NOTICED SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND THE ENTIRE BUFFET FILLED WITH WATER (ALL THE FOOD WAS FLOATING IN WATER!)  NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON.  IN FACT THEY SEEMED AMAZED BY THIS REDICULOUSNESS (THEIR REDICULOUSNESS!)  FROM ENTERING THE STORE UNTIL I SAT AT MY TABLE IT TOOK 20 MINUTES (FOR A BUFFET ORDER!)  I SAT DOWN ATE MY ONE PLATE OF FOOD THEN ATTEMPTED TO RETURN TO THE BUFFET.  THEY NEVER DID REFILL IT.  THEY JUST DRAINED THE WATER.  7 PEOPLE WORKING AND NO ONE REFILLS THE BUFFET, KNOWS WHERE THE POTATOS ARE, OR UNDERSTANDS WHY THE BUFFET IS FILLED WITH WATER!  I LEFT MY MESS ON THE TABLE AND LEFT THE STORE, NEVER TO RETURN.  MY 3 PREVIOUS VISITS TO THE STORE WERE ALSO BAD BUT THIS WAS THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMEL’S BACK.

    I Just want to Know why We go To Los Lunas New Mexico KFC. I order Pot Pies For the 2nd time they never have any. and it was only 6;14 pm...If they cant make any. they should take it off the menu And get BETTER staff there.... But we have too go too Albuquerque NM... They always have POT PIES there. On Isleta NM. They have the BEST service there. Two thumbs up for Isleta they always have every thing there....

We just came back from KFC in Col,OH  I cannot tell you how times we went to KFC we get the worst service every time we go.one time they had no original chicken had to take crust. 2 people's order was wrong. they are standing talking. Today it 1200am they had no pot pie about 20 mins for the wait. We ordered slaw mac& cheese we got slaw and mashed potato's. This happens every time we go. There are to many thinks to mention.Someone needs to check this out,go under cover  or something needs to be done.You are losing a lot of busness. Thank You for hearing me out.     I had an problem and one of the restaurants in California in April, 2016. I have called over 5 times for someone in upper management to call me back and still no call after 2 months! Horrible customer service! Will never go back again!

    here is what I think of kfc the chicken is health but they frie the french fries every thing you eat is fried don't eat the skin it unhealthy for your body I order  kfc once a year and I live so close that it takes them  more then the time they proimed you to come last year I was starving wating for them  suddenly whe I was sleeping  4 ::00 it came

    i thnk ur latest commercial of the colonel who has been deceased for years, hitting the bottom of a football player is repulsive,  it is offensive, also the colonel has been dead for a lot of years so having a man dressed as him doing commercials has stopped me from buying chicken at kfc. you could find another way to promote without having a deceased person brought back to life, and swatting the butt of a football player to promote ur business.

    I am your regular customer I like KFC Lahore, Sialkot and Jehlum but I have worst experience of your Gujranwala  KFC branch, I complained about the lazy and low quality of food and order serving is too late, not proper cooked and as cold as it is old stock. I said the supplier that call your manager but he did not come than I went to Manager.  When I complained the Manager Mr. Zohaib who said it’s no matter and he did not care about the complain properly. His showed rude behavior not only me but also his staff members. I felt insult. So, I informed you about a bitter experience. There is no expert Manager who deals the customers and satisfied them for the betterment of your farm. Mostly customers dis-heart and left KFC and join the Mcdonald and  other types of fastfood. I hope you will take interest for the betterment of KFC

    Saya tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan pekerja kfc dengkil.Yg bernama norsyima.Biadap dan tidak menghormati pelanggan.Sehingga menghalau saya ke kfc lain.Mohon ambil tindakan tegas terhadap pekerja tersebut dengan segera.

    Dear Sir, I am your regular costumer, I visited your KFC many branches but I fully discourage from your this branch. I have complained about your Shift Manager (Night) Name Zohaib, who is working in Gujranwala KFC, he is such a discourteous, unmannerly, rude and selfish man, corrupted, unfair dealing, mostly he deals corrupts person that are his friend or made them unfair relation and without payment he served all things which they demand. As a regular customer mostly staff know me and I also friendly with them.
    If customers come to complaint for his non-cooperation he did not satisfy them as his duty. He is doing bad behavior to customers and nothing as according to post demand. Your KFC branch Gujranwala is going to downward due to his misconduct, bad wording and bad character. Kindly come and check out the customers views about it. His conduct is not only bad on me but also his team members as well. I often notice that he is dealing his private person but not care about the customers.
    Sir, if any one point out about his corruption and bad behavior such as abuses to the subordinate he forcefully resigned or tease or make any issue against him and gave warning letter and finally dismissed form job. At last, he makes some bad issues against the employee or harassment that he/she leaves the job.
    I am your regular costumer that wants KFC’s distinction and success not like bad impression to other any step in future. If you take some necessary action for the betterment of KFC please solve it as early as possible. I have collected these above information from staff members of KFS’s of this branch and their name will hide for goodness. I fully hope that you will take interest to solve this issue.

    I am the residence of Lahore city, unfortunately, we came last 2days ago in Gujranwala KFC with my family. I gave order to the counter, I saw a person Name Zohaib who collection the amount and he was looking intently and the family noticed his action. As I saw this action, I felt bad and left the counter without giving order. Like this management, every noble family did not like to come where their respect and dignity will not save.

    We have been eating KFC for many years.. This time went to KFC in Benbrook, Texas.... spent $42.00 on a meal for barbecue... very little barbecue sauce, no thighs, #4.00 extra for barbecue. wanted to use the drive thru, it was broken. the person taking my order did not understand English...The barbecue sauce was not very good (terrible). We did  not get our pickles, there were no thighs in the order... I would recommend Reba not affiliate her name with KFC. We will not be back to KFC. Too many other chicken outlets ie. Popeyes chicken, C hick Filet etc. or even Walmart. Sad day to  order KFC..

    Went by KFC last night to get a pot pie. Got it at drive thru and took it home to eat it.  My granddaughter was with me, but does not like the food. We were on couch and I was eating my food with a spoon. As I got a spoon full and looked down and  I about had a stroke. There was something on my spoon that looked like a baby chick somewhat formed.  I screamed and flung it and it landed on the orange square bowl I had my pot pie sitting in.  I have pictures and put on fb.   Makes me feel sick thinging  about it.  Nasty place...     More than Disgusting.........................................

    Saya nak buat aduan mengenai staff kfc yang kurang ajar lokasi kfc aman puri bandar sri damansara tolong ajar cara nak bercakap dengan costumer... Baru kerja kfc sudah belagak
