I had a similar situation as these other people. I ordered proactiv and then I began to receive the vitapower vitamins. I thought it was an additional supplement that was covered by my original order, but then I began to receive charges on my credit account. I have since canceled my proactiv membership, but I continue to be charged for a service I never wanted.

just saw the info commerical talked to a rep wanted to order it gave her my card asked more questions found charges that will post within the month

THIS STINKS
no need to send anything back, your credit card will refund your money immediately. Kind of the same thing with a debit card, except you might not get the money back. they will definitely be able to stop the charges though.
never use a debit card for anything.
1. I ordered 2 of the same item and was sent 1 item that was not what I ordered. I called, they sent me ONE of the items I paid for and never sent the other. By this point, I had already cancelled and was too exhausted with them to call again.
2. Little did I know that when I signed up and agreed to take the "free" Vita-Clear vitamins that EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED MY REGULAR PROACTIV SUBSCRIPTION, they would STILL charge me for and send me vitamins until I called a SECOND number to cancel. RIDICULOUS! I tried to call months ago and the notes from that call mysteriously disappeared and they are refusing to give me a refund for that one.
3. I got ANOTHER shipment and charge to my credit card and had to call a second time to "cancel" the Vita-Clear subscription. This is when I was told that there were no notes on my last cancellation and that they would not be giving me a refund even though I STILL have the SEALED bottle. I was told I had to ship back the most recent bottle and would be given a "credit" to my credit card until the bottle gets sent back. I agreed to this after speaking to a supervisor, who is currently scheduling a call for me from her boss.
I'm angry enough that I flat out told the supervisor I spoke to that I wanted to yell at her boss and then ask them to talk to an even higher boss. Somebody is going to have to do something about this. I don't see how this company can continue running this way and profiting off people who they are not forthcoming with. You can bet they won't be seeing another dime from me.
