I had a similar situation as these other people.  I ordered proactiv and then I began to receive the vitapower vitamins.  I thought it was an additional supplement that was covered by my original order, but then I began to receive charges on my credit account.  I have since canceled my proactiv membership, but I continue to be charged for a service I never wanted.

    just saw the info commerical talked to a rep wanted to order it gave her my card asked more questions found charges that will post within the month

    SCAM Canceled on the phone with the rep for meaning full beauty

    Now its pending on my account

    Does cindy know whats going on with her name on the bottle

    All agents seem to be very busy - I have it on speaker phone they were very nice and stated that they  would  cancell my shipment as of this time.  I hope they do as I have about six boxes not used to date.

    I called the customer service number very angry that I was being charged for these vitamins (they went to my daughter) without our asking for them.  The lady was extremely gracious on the phone and offered to refund the charges if we sent the product back (and refund the shipping charges).  They say the vitamins support ProActiv's efforts toward health skin, but $34 for vitamins is outrageous and I don't want my cc charged.  They were very nice but we'll see if I get the credits!

    THis company is disgusting. I was unable to reach a supervisor, and after I said that I would wait, I was informed that that was not an option. I was assured two months ago that I would not be charged anymore and have since been charged twice. I urge everyone to call the Better Business Bureau. The amount of money these [***] are taking away from honest people in this scam is absoloutely disgusting!

    I ordered Meaningful Beauty skin products with a free 1 month trial of the vitamins.  I had an allergic reaction to the vitamins and cancelled within 2 weeks of receiving.  Low and behold the charge is on my account again.  I am on my 4th phone number and no one seems to be able to help me.  This is BS and a scam.  I will be contacting BBB.  If anyone has had success at getting these charges to cease.. please let me know.  Thanks

    Don't waste time calling the company.  simply call your credit card company and tell them it is an unauthorized charge.  

    no need to send anything back, your credit card will refund your money immediately.  Kind of the same thing with a debit card, except you might not get the money back.  they will definitely be able to stop the charges though.  

    never use a debit card for anything.

    I had the same problem when I ordered Proactiv, the vitimins were a free gift and then they automatically charged me the following month for a shipment.  I called 1-888-848-2797 to cancel and voice my complaint. The representive was very nice and said she would cancel the order and the charge would be taken off my visa chg.  We will see what happens. I have learned one thing DO NOT ORDER FROM GRC.

    ME AGAIN. I PAID OVER TWELVE BUCKS TO SHIP BACK THE VITIMANS AND ITS BEEN AMONTH AND THEY STILL HAVENT GOT IT AND WILL KEEP CHARGING ME UNTILL THEY DO. F  KIN LOSERS. CINDY YOU SEEMED LIKE A NICE HONEST PERSON BUT THIS VITAMIN CRAP PROVES UR NO BETTER THAN THE REST OF ALL THE PATHETIC RICH PEOPLE.

    SCAM is right! I just called to be sure I won't be charged again, we will see! If I do get charged again, I will be changing my credit card number. I feel bad for the people who are now in collections because this company can't get their customer service act together. One thing, I did speak with Meaningful Beauty Consumer Affairs # 1-800-985-7913 and they said you have to speak with them in order to cancel and you must answer a few questions and give them the lot # off your products. If you didn't do this, be sure to call back and do this. Hope this helps! I did this a few weeks ago and never received my money back, got the same dude on the phone today and I swear he was full of crap. Telling me he was refunding my money again, like the last time! I will be surprised if I get any money back and stop charging me! What a terrible experience!

    Totally disgusted with this company and I will NEVER use ANY of their products again because I have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life multiple times.

    1.  I ordered 2 of the same item and was sent 1 item that was not what I ordered.  I called, they sent me ONE of the items I paid for and never sent the other.  By this point, I had already cancelled and was too exhausted with them to call again.

    2.  Little did I know that when I signed up and agreed to take the "free" Vita-Clear vitamins that EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED MY REGULAR PROACTIV SUBSCRIPTION, they would STILL charge me for and send me vitamins until I called a SECOND number to cancel.  RIDICULOUS!  I tried to call months ago and the notes from that call mysteriously disappeared and they are refusing to give me a refund for that one.

    3.  I got ANOTHER shipment and charge to my credit card and had to call a second time to "cancel" the Vita-Clear subscription.  This is when I was told that there were no notes on my last cancellation and that they would not be giving me a refund even though I STILL have the SEALED bottle.  I was told I had to ship back the most recent bottle and would be given a "credit" to my credit card until the bottle gets sent back.  I agreed to this after speaking to a supervisor, who is currently scheduling a call for me from her boss.

    I'm angry enough that I flat out told the supervisor I spoke to that I wanted to yell at her boss and then ask them to talk to an even higher boss.  Somebody is going to have to do something about this.  I don't see how this company can continue running this way and profiting off people who they are not forthcoming with.  You can bet they won't be seeing another dime from me.

    I specifically said I did not want anything extra .  They offered Wen products etc. when I ordered the Meaningful Beauty.  I still got charged a month later despite cancelling the Meaningful Beauty because there is a different number you will have to call.  When I tried to track whether I agreed to this the customer service for Meaningful Beauty said they did not know anything about this offer but could give me the number for the cancellation. Reading the fine print doesn't help if you said no to all offers and they did not tell you couldn't turn this one down.  I did not get billed for or sent the Wen products.
