Blue Bell Ice Cream Causes Severe Stomach Ache & Diarrhea. Has Blue Bell changed their recipe or are we more sensitive to the chemicals. Blue Bell does not have a phone or email, must mail a letter. If you can't reach Blue Bell, that is because they know Blue Bell ice cream is making people sick. I asked family and friends, and some said they also got sick from Blue Bell Ice Cream and no longer buy it and now look for natural ice cream without all the fillers and chemicals like Blue Bell Ice Cream. Severe stomach ache & diarrhea only when I eat Blue Bell ice cream.  Within 15-30 minutes after eating a bowl, I get major stomach pain, cramps and within the hour better be close to a bathroom.  Never had this problem with other ice cream. Is there any natural ice cream at an affordable price at the grocery stores?  Breyers natural ice cream has lots of complaints as they now use chemicals in their ice cream too. Or do I have to go to a health food store or make my own ice cream?  Here is a link on how to make your own ice cream with real ingredients, looks pretty easy.

    Had been eating bluebell plain vanilla for years.   Now it seems something has changed in its ingredients.  Whenever I eat it now,the next morning,I have diarrhea.
    And often it makes my stomach hurt a little.  Still taste god though.   I’m sorry to day I’m going to give it up for another brand. Maybe Haagen Dz

    I recently purchased Butter Crunch Blue Bell and each time I've had a bowl I get severe bloating, gas & diarrhea.  I've eaten Blue Bell for years and never experienced this type of problem.  I have had similar complaints after eating ice cream from Dairy Queen so it may be a product that is used in both.  Because I have frequently been ill after eating Dairy Queen ice cream (which I no longer eat) I thought maybe there was a salmonella-type problem at various Dairy Queens but now I'm wondering if there's a specific ingredient they both use.  I do not have a problem with other dairy foods.

    Ate blue bell frozen vanilla yogurt 2 weeks ago got sick but did not think nothing about it being the yogurt just thought, it was a stomach thing. Aye it 2 days straight and decided to stop. Went to store yesterday and picked up homemade vanilla blue bell ice cream this time and I am sick again.  Diahrea, cramps and general feeling of being unwell. What in the world is going on? I will not buy this again. Its strange i never thought this would happen. I am not lactose intolerant or anything like that. Its very odd and when i looked it up alot if stuff came up. I dont know what they are doing but it is not good. I highly suggest skipping this brand at all costs.

    Blue Belle Icecream has given me severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Now I know why I stopped buying it years ago. I’m sick to my stomach.

    This is crazy. I absolutely love blue bell homemade vanilla. Just love it. It’s addictive but started noticing severe stomach cramps right after eating it. Also one time had diarrhea for 4 days and don’t know if that was from it or not so I stopped eating it and tried it again a week later and within 5 minutes got stomach cramps. I ate the small vanilla cup every night and had to stop buying it.

    Blue Bell Banana split ice cream, I have been sick for 2 days now after eating it. Severe stomach cramping , wore the toilet out. Blue Bell needs to be held accountable for all these cases.

    I bought the Blue Bell Ice Cream Sandwich the other day. After I ate one my stomach was cramping I’ve had diarrhea for two days. I totally agree Blue Bell needs to be held accountable for this.
